I believe they are Pella windows but not 100%. New homeowner doesn't know for sure.

I'm very sorry to hear that our 39-107FK didn't work. Can you  go into more detail on what went wrong? Would it also be possible to see a photo of the operator to which your old cover attached? Seeing it out of the window especially would be helpful, that way we can see the whole unit without obstruction.
