Crank for casement window

Question

I am in need of replacement hardware for my casement window. Both the crank mechanism and the round toothed parts are worn.

Please advise as to what part is available. The mechanism that houses the crank is approximately 5 inches wide.

Hello,

Take a look at the video below to help you choose between the two Encore operator pairs that we offer. The primary difference is the track slider at the end of the long arm that attaches to the bottom of the sash. Please note that both options are compatible with the 39-375 and 39-376 handles with covers. Thanks for posting!
