I am looking to purchase a replacement part. I assume that i need to replace the entire part with handle.

The gear at the bottom is not meant to come out. You'll need the whole operator, as well as the handle. Can you send a photo of the link arms of the operator so that we can identify a replacement?

There are one or two arms that stick out of the back of the operator box. They attach to the window sash to push it open and closed. We need to see the configuration, and any dimensions (arm lengths) your tenant can include will also help.

Thank you for your reply. Could you clarify what is the link arm? I need to ask the tenant to take a picture since i am not in the same area. I want to be precise with my request.
