Crank for kitchen window.

Handy Person from Seymour, CT

The crank out for my kitchen window has broken. I was able to find a sticker with the following information:

Product ID 7501 / S.O. 19650521.1 / P.O. Lynch

Actual Size 31 3/4 x 37 1/4 / Silverline 8002344228 / MWHS 4

IGCC/IGMA 02-11

The crank handle has broken but the window still cranks out, I would like to replace the entire part not just the broken handle. I did not see a product name on the tag only the information above. I'm hoping I have the right vendor.

Thank You

David

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could open the window so the arms that move the sash are fully visible, we can go from there. See the related videos to assist you in the meantime. Thank you!

In responce to your reply, I have attached several pictures of the arms as best I can. Technically i just need the crank handle itself but I would prefer to replace the entire mechanism if possible. The handle broke because it hung up at some point and my son kept trying to crank it until it broke. It seems to crank in and out fine now.

Thank You

Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator resembles the Roto 39-329. We also offer the 39-330 opposite-handed version if needed. Both operators are used with the 39-232 Roto handle.
