Inside the crank it says: OP06-1520
The pin is bent. The mechanism still works.

If you could open the window and show us the arms of the operator that move the sash, that will help us confirm which handles would be compatible. Thank you!

Thanks for your assistance. The hole for the pin is 1/8" The length of the hole for the pin is 3/8" The length of the pin is 11/16" The pin is 1/8" in diameter.

It looks like you have one of the Encore operators shown in the video below, both of which use the 39-375 and 39-376 handle and cover kits. The operator in your photos would use the 39-376 since the handle is mounted on the left side of the base plate. Thanks for posting.
