This looks like an Andersen operator; specifically, the handle is likely our 39-286. However, if the worm gear that the handle attaches to has popped off, I am afraid it means the entire operator has broken down and should be replaced. Fortunately I am fairly confident we can still help replacing the whole mechanism. I just need to see the entire assembly, including the link arm(s), to narrow this down. Many thanks.
