Crank handle extension

I purchased a Florian sunroom kit in the 1980's that came with awning windows. It's used as a greenhouse. I've always had an issue with the crank handle hitting the window sill, remove, replace, turn again. I think the crank looks and meets the dimensions of Lenahan 39-074/5. I have some in left and some in right hand configuration. I found extensions on your web site but they don't include specifications of diameter and number of splines. My cranks have 12 splines and measure 0.343 inches OD across the splines. The shaft below the splines measures 0.293 inches OD. The crank handle measures 0.37 inches ID.
Do you have the appropriate extensions? I need 8 of these.
Actually, what I would prefer is to have a single crank with about a 30" stem to move from window to window and leave the individual cranks off. I typically open the windows in the spring and close them in the fall. Do you have this?

To determine what could work for you, we will need to see a photo of one of your operators removed from the window, with a clear view of the link arm and hole spacing. Dimensions like the ones we show on our product page will also help us tailor a recommendation for you. 

Also, we do not carry a long bar that would allow you to operate all of the windows at once. Honestly, I'm not sure such a thing exists but I can see how it would be useful. Thank you!
