My hand cranks are not working for most of my bay windows. Looking to have them replaced, but need to purchase the correct ones. Can you help me.

Hmm... It looks like the collar in the operator has stripped. We sell a handle that will replace this, the 39-226, but it will probably still flop out of the operator.
A possible solution for this is to pack out the operator hole with tape and then installing your original handle. That may give it a little life but, it still will only be a temporary solution.
I feel the best option is to replace the entire operator. We can help, but we have to see it removed.
