Crank handle part

I have Certainteed windows and needed a new crank handle and cover. I ordered item #39-114L and #39-107. Is there some type of screw or other part that is need to attach the handle?

I think I ordered the wrong handle as 39-114L is slightly different than the one I had before. I believe that 39-114 is the one I need. Is there still a part missing that attaches the handle to the cover?

The worm gear has come out of your operator, which cannot be repaired or replaced. That means you need an all new operator.

The first picture is the broken operator and the second is the opposite window with an operator that was replaced a few years ago (my mom can't remember who she had replace it for her).

Thanks! Start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032 operators. I think these may be a match, but I highly recommend that you compare our dimensions to yours to be sure. Take special note of the size of the link arm. You'll want to measure yours to ensure its size lines up with ours.
