Bob from SWISCO responded:

This might be our 39-187 and 39-188 style operators, but the shape of the gear-arm is particular important, and it's a bit difficult to make out in your photos. This set has a 'W' shape gear arm, while another, very similar set, our 39-089 and 39-090, has a gear arm with more of a 'Z' shape. See which best matches what you have.

A quick learner from Swansea MA says:
Thanks for the help. We really just need the handle itself and not the inner parts. The handle is shaped like a z. Does that help narrow it down?

Apologies. In that case, see our 39-114L
