Crank handle replacement for Milgard casement windows

I'm looking for replacement handles for my Milgard casement windows. The picture is of a handle with a female metal connection, but I have many that are plastic and are completely stripped. Thank you!

Hello! Looks like you have the Roto brand operator. With that in mind, take a look at our 39-224. This has a 5/16" hex spline and should be fully compatible with your old hardware.
