Crank handle right and left : SWISCO.com

We're looking to replace both right and left crank handle assemblies. Part number shown is 20810. Casement windows are original to the house, built in 1988. The left assembly is stripped and no longer works. Would like to match both in steel gray to match the window locks. Thank you.

Thanks for posting. I believe our 39-031 and 39-032 Operators should work for you. Just make sure the measurements listed below match what you have; let me know if anything differs. For new covers and handles, you can use the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.

Which part will I need to order for a window that opens to the right, when looking from the inside? 39-031 or 39-032

Good question. This actually can vary depending on the window, which is why we don't specifically cite the 39-031 and 39-032 as either left or right-handed. To determine which one you need, pop the cover off and see which side of the gear box the gears that control the arms are on. If they are on the left side of the crank handle, go with the 39-031; if its the right side, the 39-032 is what you want. See the pictures below for reference.
