Crank handle won't stay in

Is the problem with the crank handle stem, or the hole in the operator where it installs? If it's the handle, then see our 39-226. However if it's the operator, then you will need an all new operator, since they don't make them like that anymore. We can help replace it, but I'd need to see yours out of the window.
