Crank handle and gear from a casement window

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm afraid I have to be the bearer of bad news. Unfortunately, since the worm gear has become completely stripped from the base, you'll need to replace the entire operator. This piece is not sold separately from the operator and it is not something that can be easily installed into the operator base.

To identify the replacement for your operator, I'll need to see a photo of the base as well as the arm(s) and how the operator would attach to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

From there, I'll also be able to provide you with the replacement options for the handles.
