Crank handle and lock

A quick learner from 98125 says:
Both crank handle and lock for the casement window stopped working. We need replacement for both.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your lock is a match for our 38-092 and your operator handle is a match for our 39-114L. However you have to consider that the operator itself is what's broken and that your handle is totally fine. I can't see any damage here so that very well may be the case.

If you did need an all new operator then I will require a photo of it removed from the window, just like how you showed your lock. That was perfect. From there I can find a good match.
