Crank hole cover

Hello, 39-025 is a perfect replacement for my awning window cranks and I will be ordering more. Hoping you can help me with the other piece: my windows are made to accept the crank hardware in either side. I need the piece that you use to cover the hole opposite the crank. It is white, flat, about 1 inch by 6 inches and snaps into place? Thank you,
