Crank is frozen

The windows are from the 1980's in Florida. The crank has no markings or indications as to the manufacturer. I can not detach the crank arm from the window as they appear to be bolted on.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your crank completely removed from the window, including dimensions and a clear view of the installation holes, as well as the arms that attach to the internal linkage of the window. The arm isn't bolted on, it just has an E-ring that needs to be popped off. The link arm will separate from the internal linkage once you do that, though it might take some doing since it's pretty rusted.
