Looks like you need a new Andersen brand window operator. We can absolutely help with this, but your operator is too obscured for me to ID. In order to help, I will need you to remove the original and show me a clear picture of it by itself and without obstruction. From there, I can recommend a good fit.

In the meantime, you can see our 39-264 and 39-332 casement operators, or the 39-099 and 39-343 awning operators. You could have any of these at this point, or even one we don't have, so keep that in mind too.
