Crank mechanism

The crank mechanism on the window won’t close the window. It appears the threads in the housing are stripped. See photo. What is the solution? Thanks

Stripped threads mean you need a new operator. You might be able to replace yours with our 39-015, depending on the size. Are our measurements the same as yours?
