Crank mechanism

Question

I have a  Pella lifestyle bow window with crank out windows on each side. The left side looking out is stripped and won't crank out. I cannot seem to find the part number for crank mechanism. Also unsure how left or right is figured out. Please let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for writing in. Start by looking at our 39-391 & 39-392 Pella Casement Window Cranks. Carefully compare with your old operator to see if these are the right match. These work with the 39-403 and 39-404 Pella Folding Crank and Lock Kits.
