Thanks for reaching out! Your casement window operator reminds me of our 39-329 Inverted Split Arm ROTO Operator. The opposite handed version of this operator is 39-330. The compatible crank handle is part 39-232.

Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing operator to determine if this is the right replacement.
