Crank mechanism for casement window

The mechanism for this crank casement window has failed and I'm looking for a replacement part. Thank you

Uh oh. That's not supposed to come out. The handle is probably okay (if you pull out that worm-y looking thing) but the actual operator box is kaputt. Can you remove the operator box from the window to show us the gears and arms? We need to see it to replace it.

Perfect, thanks! I recommend our 39-031 and 39-032. I would just double check to make sure our dimensions all match up. You can actually reuse that old handle in your first photo, you just have to remove it from the corkscrew gear.

Whats the difference between the 031 and 032?

I'm afraid they don't make these in any alternate finishes. The 39-031 is for one side and the 39-032 is for the other side.
