Crank mechanism for casements, left and right

I have 2 older casement windows that would be very expensive to replace. I think these are now discontinued. Suggestions? Thanks

Hey there. The operators are older versions of the 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO Operators. Please compare. The bracket arms that connect these operators to the window are no longer made. You'll need to reuse your old ones if possible. For a handle use the 39-224.
