My measurements were not exact but looked like 10.6 for the long arm and ~5 for the shorter arm.

Hello,

Your operator resembles one of the Encore pairs shown in the video below. The determining factor would be the fitting that attaches the straight arm to the sash track.

If you need new hinges as well, take a look at the 36-048 set. These should work as long as the 10" base that attaches to the window sill matches yours. Thanks for posting!
