Crank mechanism for what appears to be a Pella window.

I need a crank mechanism for what appears to be a pella window. Im guessing it is a 39-097 but dimensions where not found on the Swisco page that I could find. Maybe there are no other arm lengths for a pella window. Can you confirm that. see dimensions on the picture. First arm is 4 1/2" second arm is 5"
