Crank mechanism replacement

Question

Hi, I have original casement windows on a 1990's house. They are hard to crank open and then impossible to crank closed. I have to push the window closed from the outside. The handle has a code of P4601. The window locking system is working fine. I have 4 windows. Which parts do I need to replace? Thanks!

This is the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092. Unfortunately, ROTO has stopped manufacturing a lot of the hardware needed for these operators, including the crank handles, and soon even the operators themselves will be out of stock. Sorry for any inconvenience, and let us know if you have any other questions.
