Semco on the crank handle,
Truth name on the brass or bronze stamped gear mechanism.

I think the the collar that holds the crank handle splits and does not retain the crank.

Can you show us the entire operator assembly, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window? From there I should be able to narrow this down for you. Many thanks.
