Crank operator

Home Owner from PENNSYLVANIA
The operator arm is hitting the Bar Hinge on the bottom of the window and stopping the full closure of the window. There is no room to bend the arm as it would need to be bent downward at the angle and would bind on the crank and window frame. The disk on the arm moves freely and has about 2 inches before it would hit the rail stop. The angle is too large for my application. Does the 39-142 have the same angle as the 39-139? if it is shorter like mine it could work.
Is truth still in business? Googling only brings up parts outlets!

Thanks for writing in! There isn't much of a difference between the position of the arm on your operator or the 39-139 that you purchased from us. Both the 39-139 and 39-142 are identical operator except for the length of the arms.

May I please see a photo of your existing operator? I'll need to see the entire operator.

Also, please double check the measurements from the diagram below. Please confirm that yours are the same as what is shown.
