Crank operator 390-032

Question

I'm thinking this is your part called Entrygard dual arm operator product code 39-032.
It's truth hardware. Short arm has 20810 and 30842R on it. It's 4 inches and 7/16 long. The long arm is about 10 3/4. Do I need the short arm bracket as well?
My problem is the window cranks out but not in.
The other thing is the cover plate. Do you have brown?

Thanks for posting, Dustin. As long as the dimensions match up, the 39-032 should work. You can reuse the original bracket, handle, and cover if they are not damaged. I'm afraid we do not have that exact color for the cover. The closest we carry is bronze.
