Crank operator

Home Owner from New Brunswick
I spoke with one of your representatives and he thought I had a 39-025. However, when looking on line at that operator, the link inside has a slight crook in it, where as you can see from the pictures below (the 4th picture) ours is straight and is approximately 2 3/8".

I just spoke with Tim at extension #6015 and he suggested sending you these pictures.

I am going to need 7 operators, but hesitate to order any without being sure. Could I just purchase one at first and then the other six if it is the correct one?

Thank you for your help.

Thanks for posting. Looking at these pictures, I agree with what our representative said. The 39-025 looks like a good match. I don't think the 1/8" difference in the link arm will matter. In general, operators have a certain amount of travel in the linkage and gearing.
