Crank operator has rivet?

Question

I watched your video and then went to my jalosie window, actually it is in a door.  The handle is the same and has screws, but it looks like a rivet or a nut where a screw should be on the inside strip if metal. Now what?

Check out our 39-005. The fore arm for this one is riveted to the link arm. Is yours like that? Could this work as a replacement?
