Crank operator inquiry

Question

You previously helped me decide the parts I needed but I don't believe they are correct. Please see the attached picture and help me confirm the part I need and if I need to return what I purchased.

Hello! Looks like you have the old Roto brand operator system. Most of what you have here is unfortunately not made anymore, and our replacement options are limited.

The operator, for example, can be replaced by our modern 39-092, but the link arm that attaches to the sash is totally obsolete. You must reuse the original.

As for the hinge, this is also obsolete but can be replaced with our 36-048 hinge set, in my experience. You just have to make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time so as to ensure a symmetrical operation.
