Hi purchased a This last week.It says rt but not opening and closing.It seems Need Lt crank for rt door.please advise otherwise might meet to return.

Hmm..It looks like you purchased the 39-146 operator. But, it looks like you may have needed to purchase the 39-417 operator instead. Take a look and see if this is the correct part for you.
