Crank out awning style window mechanism

A home owner from Englewood, FL says:
3/8" Hole on Arm extension
2 5/8 " Arm
5 1/4" High middle of hole at top to middle of hole at very bottom
1 1/2" middle of bottom hole to middle of other bottom hole
@1988 Window installation Says, " Pat.No.198202 U.S. R.H.RD.1963 Can" inside window operator It has "-11500-11 Pat Pend" on the crank handle

Several of your models look similar with similar measurements but I didn't see anything exact. Any help is appreciated. Thank you,

Hey there! Thanks for your question. Please look at the right hand 39-259 operator used by VE-Andersen. This operator looks close to the measurements you are looking for. Compare measurements and see if it matches up to your operator.
