Crank out kitchen window

Question

The bottom boards get rotted after many years of service. The good one is the left window looking from inside. The one I need is the right side. Can I buy the bottom board or the entire window, just the removable part. Old hardware is still ok, rusty, but it works. A friend made the one on the left last year and it is great. I hate to ask him for another one.

I am afraid we can't replaced rotted frame parts like this. A local hardware store may be your better bet. I apologize we can't be of more help, and best of luck with the repair.
