Our 39-150 or 39-094 Andersen operators come to mind. Review the dimensions and see which one matches up best. Your hinge also looks a little beaten up. Are you looking to replace that as well? If so, I recommend you look over the 36-048 to see how the dimensions align. Note, you'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
