Crank out window hardware

This is part of the mechanism that allows the window to be opened and closed by the crank. The metal that holds the screw broke off the one side that is attached to the mechanism. Please let me know if you have this part. Can't find the name of the window.

Thanks for reaching out! I believe this may be the link arm for an older style operator. However, I'll need to see the body of the operating mechanism to confirm.

Are you able to provide a photo of the entire crank operator?

I put that little link arm where it is supposed to be. You can see from the previous pic of just the link arm the little attachment where the screw goes in is broken. We just need the link arm, but if you have the whole mech. that will work too. Let me know. It definitely is an older model. We don't have any paperwork on it so I can't tell you the make.

Thanks for the photos. As I suspected, the part you are searching for is a link arm for an older model ROTO operator. We can offer a replacement for the operator base and the handle, however, we do not carry the link arm you have pictured here. That part has been discontinued by ROTO, and we have not been able to source a suitable replacement for it.

I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thanks for getting back to me. I figured that with this window being around 25-30 years old I would be out of luck. Thanks for your time in researching this for me.
