Thanks for posting! Your window operator can be replaced with the 39-187 Sash Dyad Operator. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need but be sure to look over the dimensions and design to confirm that this is the right fit. The opposite handed operator is the 39-188.

These operators are compatible with the 39-114L Crank Handle.
