Hello! The operator in your photo is similar in design to our 39-220B. I think this may be what you want, but review its specs to verify. We also sell the 39-221B for the opposite side.

If you aren't able to reuse your original cover, then you will also need the 39-452 and 39-451 kits for each respective operator.
