Crank-out window operator

Hole-to-hole length on the operator housing is 5 1/4", the hole-to-hole spacing on the final linkage is 2 1/2". Hole-to-hole length on the middle, geared linkage is 2 1/2". This middle linkage takes a 1/4" bend to the outside. I have no idea of the window manufacturer. I bought them 10 years ago from a resale shop.
