Hello, We have a customer with a Simonton casement window. They report when they try to crank the window shut, the handle keeps slipping. We think (hope) it is simply the handle is stripped. Can you tell from these photos?
Please quote us on one new handle and separately, a whole new mechanism.

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but this operator looks a bit out of the usual. If you could show us a photo of the operator base with the cover removed, that should help us confirm if we can supply a replacement. As for the handle, please write out the exact diameter of the opening that attaches to the operator spline. Thank you!
