Crank replacement

Question

I have 3 left and 3 right Windows that will crank out, but not back in.  I'm assuming i need new operators. They look like Truth Entryguard Dyad, possibly. I think my handles are fine

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-216 and 39-217 casement operators to your hardware. Thanks for posting!
