It's tough to be sure with the operator still installed, but the EntryGard 39-032 resembles your photos. Take a look and compare the specifications below to confirm it's a match. If so, we also offer the 39-031 opposite-handed operator. Both use the 39-107FK handle with cover. Thanks for posting!
