It looks like you have our 39-400 Roto Single Arm Operator. Also something to note, we do sell the black slider at the end of the operator separately. You can use your old one, but in case you want to replace that too we do offer it separately.

Is the black slider on end, removable? I don't have piece with me, but i'm Thinking it was riveted. If I purchase slider does it come installed on arm?

The 39-541 and 39-400 are sold separately. The 39-541 is not riveted onto the operator. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to reach out!
