Crank replacement needed

A home owner from Milwaukee, WI says:
My window cranks work fine, but the crank handles pull out of the "socket" they are in. I am assuming the entire crank assembly will need to be replaced.

The crank housing on my model is 4 1/2 inches long.

Hello,

You are correct that if the worm gear that the handle mounts onto is broken, you'll need to replace the entire assembly. Take a look and compare our 39-330 Roto operator and 39-232 handle to your original hardware. Thank you!
