If you just need the folding handle, look at the 39-205. It looks similar to the one in your photos, but just be sure to check the measurements. However, you should note that the 39-205 will fit slightly differently in your cover, so you might want to look at using the 39-375 and 39-376 cover and handle kits to replace the whole thing.

If it's the operator itself that you need, please send us some photos of it. It's best to remove the operator from the window when you photograph it, and include the dimensions.
