Crank set for window

The crank set in the picture isn't working properly anymore. I can't get the window to close all of the way. I need a replacement part.

We'd be happy to research this for you but the orientations of your operator's arms are a bit different than the ones we carry. Please show us a photo of the operator removed from the window so that we can see how it attaches to the sash and will be better equipped to research your replacement options. Thank you!

Take a look at the newer style operator 39-253RB with the removable cover. I believe this is the operator that matches up to yours. Take a look and compare the style and dimensions to yours. Also, take a look at the other related parts and videos on this page. Thanks for posting!

Does your crank set come with a casing (cover)?

It does not but it is compatible with our 39-376 handle and cover kit, which we also related for you.
