Crank shaft broken : SWISCO.com

I need to replace the crank shaft in a 20810 window. From the inside it is the window in the right that is the problem. Can this part be replaced?

Hi there!

Unfortunately, when the worm gear comes out with the handle it means the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

Perfect, thank you! I recommend looking at our 39-031 and 39-032 to start out. I feel confident that these will work well for you as a replacement.

Your handle and cover are very likely in good condition and can be reused, but in case that isn't possible then you can use our 39-205 and 39-107, respectively.
