Crank slips on 39-390

I just purchased & installed this part on my Andersen bathroom window. All went fine with the install but the crank now slips when trying to open or close the window? It seems like the gears are not engaging the arms?
Please advise.

Thanks for posting, Mary. That is odd. It sounds like the handle is stripped. If you have an old handle, try it on the 39-390 and tell me if the problem persists. In either even, we will work from there.
