Crank to open an old Anderson window

The crank to open one of my windows is stripped. Can you help me identify snd replace it?

See our 39-286 Andersen Handle. Confirm the hole that accepts the spline matches and see what you think.

stupid question: does it come with a screw to attach it?

Not at all stupid! The 39-286 indeed comes with the tiny screw that fastens it to the operator bore.
